日常生活视角下的保留型城中村空间环境研究--基于常州市三个保留型城中村的实证分析

摘　　要：基于日常生活的研究视角,对常州市的三个保留型城中村进行了现场调查与分析研究。研究结果表明:从城市视觉秩序角度的城中村空间环境改造,并不能有效塑造多样性的日常生活;居住者基本的居住、家务、交通出行、购物以及娱乐与交往等日常生活仍缺乏必要的空间、环境与行为设施的支持。依托空间句法技术,提出了区位优势下分片区的差异化出租,公共空间的功能优化设置以及优化步行网络等策略建议,从而为更多的自发性和社会性的日常生活创造适宜的空间载体。From the perspective of daily life, the paper studies on the three retained urban villages in Changzhou. The result shows that the diversification of daily life could not be promoted merely by transformation from the perspective of urban visual order. Living, housework, traffic, shopping, recreation and communication in daily life also lack the necessary support from space, environment and behavior facilities. Based on space syntax, some suggestions are given to create appropriate space carrier for more spontaneous and social daily life, such us differentiation of house rental, function optimization of public space, and optimizing the walking network.
