摘 要:简述了热轧无缝钢管淬火裂纹的形貌及特点,介绍了淬火裂纹与轧制裂纹的区别与识别方法,分析了具体的轧制裂纹和淬火裂纹案例,包括混合型裂纹的识别;从材料的C含量和Mn含量控制、加热温度控制和冷却速度控制等方面给出了钢管淬火裂纹的预防控制方法。分析认为:水淬钢种应严格控制C和Mn的质量分数,当w(C)+w(Mn)/3≥0.9%时,采用水淬工艺存在开裂风险,宜采用油淬工艺;对于高C、高Mn钢种,降低淬火温度和冷却速度,有利于防止热轧无缝钢管淬火裂纹的产生。Briefed in the essay are the morphology and characteristics of quench cracks of the hot-rolled seam- less steel tube, and described are the methods to identify and distinguish the quench crack from the rolling crack. Furthermore, case analyses concerning the two different cracks are conducted, including how to identify the mixed type cracks. Preventative actions against the steel pipe quench crack are proposed, involving such issues as control of C and Mn contents, control of the heating temperature, and control of cooling velocity, etc. The analysis result reveals that for steel types subjected to water quenching treatment, their mass fractions of C and Mn must be strictly controlled, and in case of ω(C)+ω(Mn)/3≥0.9%, using the water-quenching process means a pipe cracking risk, and therefore oil quenching process is preferred. And for hi-C & Mn steel types, reducing quench temperature and cooling velocity will be good for preventing occurrence of the said pipe quench crack.
