摘　　要：介绍了Φ660 mm HFW生产线的工艺特点及设备的优势与特性,包括主机设备、无损检测系统、焊缝热处理系统、精整线、理化检测设备、生产管理系统,并就各关键设备对产品质量的保证能力进行了论述。该生产线试生产的X70钢级Φ660.0 mm×17.5 mm、X52钢级Φ660.0 mm×22.2 mm、P110及N80钢级Φ244.48 mm×11.00 mm套管及超大径厚比X52钢级Φ610.0 mm×6.3 mm、X42钢级Φ508 mm×5 mm管线钢管均符合API标准要求。Elaborated in the paper are process characteristics and equipment advantages and features of the φ660 mm HFW pipe production line, involving the pipe mill proper, the NDT systems, the weld heat treatment systems, the finishing section, the physiochemical testing devices and facilities, and the production management system, etc. The product quality assurance ability of each individual key equipment unit is discussed. Pipes as trial manufactured with the said production line are all in conformity with applicable API specifications, including the φ660.0 mm×17.5 mm X70 casing, the φ660.0 mm×22.2 mm X52 casing and the φ244.48 mm×11.00 mm P110 ＆ N80 casings, and the φ610.0 mm×6.3 mm X52 ＆ φ508 mm×5 mm X42 extra-D/S heavy-wall linepipes.
