摘 要:为使辅助逆变器散热器达到设计日的及与系统匹配最优,以某辅助逆变器散热器为研究对象,分析了散热器儿何参数对热阻的影响。应用理论公式对高密度热流功率模块的散热器进行设计和优化,利用CFD软件对散热器的性能进行数值仿真模拟,根据仿真结果对散热器的参数进行优化。样机试制和试验结果显示,模拟仿真结果与试验数据基本吻合,误差在5%~8%。采用这种方法和思路来设计散热器,可以大大缩短产品研发周期和降低研发成本。In order to meet the design requirement of the heatsink for auxiliary power inverter and achieve the best system matching, taking one auxiliary power inverter heatsink as study object, the heatsink thermal resistance affected by geometry parameters was analyzed, and a high power density heatsink was designed and optimized based on theoretical calculation, numerical simulation was applied to develop an analytical model for the heatsink with CFD software, which optimized the heatsink parameters. Experiment proved that simulation results were 5%-8% in error, and the simulation methods was reliability for reducing development period and design cost.
