摘　　要：为促进日本空间技术的发展,实现日本国内空间管理机制的改革,2008年5月日本通过了《宇宙基本法》。在对该法案的制定背景、目的,尤其是内容分析的基础上,注意到其对日本今后宇宙开发与利用及国际空间法的发展都将产生重大影响,这应为我国所借鉴。In order to promote the development of space technology in Japan, and reform Japan＇ s domestic spacemanagement mechanism, in May 2008, Japan passed ＂The Basic Law of the Universe＂. On the basis of the formulationbackground, purpose and especially content of the bill, it has a great influence on the future development of the universeexploitation and international space law in Japan, which should be used for reference by our country.
