摘 要:针对多液压泵并联的飞机液压能源系统,主、辅助液压泵的关键参数未充分分析和优化时辅助液压泵输出流量常大于主液压泵输出的问题,提出了优化方法,建立了某型飞机液压能源系统多泵并联流量分配模型,对优化方法进行了仿真分析,并在"铁鸟"试验台上进行了试验验证,结果表明优化方法有效,最后给出了影响主液压泵和辅助液压泵流量分配关系的主要因素和参数优化方法。For aircraft hydraulic energy system with parallel multi-pumps, when the key parameters of main pump and auxiliary pump are analyzed and optimized sufficiently, there will be a problem that the output flow of the auxiliary pump may be greater than the main pump' s. In order to solve the problem, the optimization methods are proposed and the flow distribution model is established for hydraulic energy system with parallel multi-pumps of a certain type of aircraft. The optimization methods are simulated and the result is also tested and verified on the ‘iron bird'. It is indicated that the optimization method above is available. The main factors affecting the flow distribution of main pump and the auxiliary pump are proposed and the optimization method of parameters are given finally.
