选修不同运动项目的藏、汉族大学生身体自尊水平的比较研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查,数理统计等方法,在借鉴相关的身体自尊量表的基础上,对中央民族大学2013级选择部分藏族、汉族男生的进行了身体自尊情况的调查。结果表明:不同民族但同一运动项目的学生身体自尊存在差异,同一民族不同运动项目存在身体自尊差异,特别是不同民族学生之间的身体自尊感确存在着显著差异。对藏族和汉族学生身体自尊进行比较发现,藏族学生身体自尊水平高,这其中民族特点占有很大的因素。学生身体自尊也和学生的饮食习惯,休闲娱乐活动,环境差异,自我评价标准以及运动项目有关。In this paper, using questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics and other methods, in reference to the body esteem scale, has carried on the investigation situation of physical self - esteem of Jilin University, Minzu University of China containing Zang and Han boys of Grade 13. Statistical results showed that： the body esteem level of Zang students is higher than Han students, for the national characteristics is a large factor. It may have some relation with the diet, environment, rec- reational activities, sports, self- evaluation standard and sport items.
