高效液相色谱法测定山楂精降脂片中齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量

摘　　要：目的：建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定山楂精降脂片中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量，有效地控制产品质量。方法采用Agilent Zorbax SB C18柱（250 mm ×4．6 mm ，5μm ），以甲醇-0．06 mol／L 乙酸铵（85∶15）为流动相，流速为0．8 ml／min；检测波长为210 nm ；柱温为25℃。结果齐墩果酸和熊果酸分别在0．124～2．48μg（r＝0．9997）和0．498～9．96μg （ r＝0．9998）范围内与其峰面积呈良好线性关系。测得齐墩果酸平均回收率为96．9％，RSD为1．26％；熊果酸平均回收率为100.4％，RSD为2．6％。结论山楂精降脂片质量稳定，质控方法简便、准确，结果可靠、重现性好。Objective To establish the quality standard for Shanzhajing Jiangzhi tablet by HPLC .Methods Samples were analyzed on a Agilent Zorbax SB C18 column（250 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5μm） with methanol and 0 .06 mol/L ammonium acetate （85∶15）as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0 .8 ml/min .The wavelength and column temperature were set at 210 nm and 25 ℃ ,respectively .Results The calibration curve showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0 .124-2 .48 μg for oleanolic acid （r=0 .999 7） and 0 .498-9 .96 μg for ursolic acid （r=0 .999 8） .The average recovery ratio of the oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were 96 .9% （RSD=1 .26% ） and 100.4% （RSD=2 .6% ） ,respectively .Conclusion The method was proved to be good at evaluation effectiveness and practicality .
