国产药物支架对CHD小血管介入术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价国产药物支架（Firebird）对冠心病小血管病变的临床疗效。方法入选2012年6月-2013年12月于我院行冠脉小血管介入治疗共109例,其中置入国产Firebird支架58例,进口XIENCEV支架51例,术后10个月-1年随访心绞痛、主要不良心脏事件及复查冠脉造影。结果支架置入成功率100%。共置入Firebird支架109枚,XIENCEV支架95枚,术中无急性血栓、无复流及死亡等并发症。随访发现,Firebird组中,2例（3.4%）糖尿病患者支架内20%-50%再狭窄,3例（5.2%）有活动后心绞痛症状,2例（3.4%）再次行血运重建术;XIENCEV组中,2例（3.9%）支架内20%-50%再狭窄。3例（5.9%）劳累后心绞痛症状。结论国产药物洗脱支架（Firebird）治疗冠脉小血管病变安全,术后再狭窄少,改善心肌供血疗效好,与国外同类产品无差别。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effects of domestic drug eluting stent（Firebird） on small vessel lesions in patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods 109 cases of coronary small vessel intervention treated between June 2012 and December 2013 were selected, in which domestic Firebird stents were inserted in 58 cases, and imported XIENCEV stents were inserted in 51 ones. Ten months to one year after the treatment, follow-up was made in angina pectoris, major adverse cardiac events,and reexamination for angiography. Results The success rate of stenting was 100%. Totally 109 Firebird stents and 95 XIENCEV stents were inserted. There were no acute thrombosis, reflow or death and other complications occurred during the operation. The follow-up discovered that in Firebird group, there were 2 cases（3.4%） of diabetes with 20%-50% restenosis in stents, 3 cases（5.2%）of angina pectoris after movement, and 2 cases（3.4%） of second-time revascularization; in XIENCEV group, there were 2 cases（3.9%）of 20%-50% restenosis in stents and 3 cases（3.9%）of angina pectoris after fatigue. Conclusion Domestic drug eluting stent（Firebird）is safe and effective for patients with small vessel lesions and has the advantages of less rest enosis and good curative effect on improvement of myocardial blood-supply. There is no difference between the domestic one and imported stents.
