摘　　要：黑龙江省入秋以后,气温迅速下降,常有寒潮侵袭。伴有大风和雨雪的寒潮可造成人畜的伤亡、电线积冰、通讯中断等事故,因此做好寒潮预报非常重要。Heilongjiang Province enters after the fall,the temperature rapid drop,the common cold wave attack,has the very tremendous influence to the industry and agriculture production and the lives of the people,therefore the cold wave is one of our province catastrophe weather. Is accompanied by the gale and the sleet cold wave may cause human accidents and so on livestock＇s casualties,electric wire ice accretion,communication interrupt. Therefore completes the cold wave forecast to be extremely important.
