多层螺旋CT MPR技术在半规管骨折中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT多平面重组(multiplanar reformation,MPR)技术在半规管骨折中的应用。方法回顾性分析耳部外伤患者9例,应用多层螺旋CT容积扫描数据MPR技术重建半规管全程,观察骨折对半规管的影响。结果横行骨折7例,混合型骨折2例,累及外骨半规管3例,累及前骨半规管6例,经MPR重组半规管均可清晰显示骨折线对半规管的影响。结论多层螺旋CT MPR技术可较好的显示半规管骨折。Objective To investigate the application of multi-detector spiral CT MPR techniques in the fracture of semicircular canal. Methods 9 cases of temporal bone trauma underwent multi-detector CT scanning and MPR was used with the volume data to observe the fracture effect on the entire semicircular canals. Results There were 7 cases of transverse fracture, 2 cases of mixed type of fracture, 3 cases involved the lateral semicircular canal and 6 cases of anterior semicircular canal. The images of MPR can clearly show the influence of fracture on semicircular canals. Conclusion MPR technique with multi-detector spiral CT volume scanning can be used to display the semicircular canal fracture well.
