摘　　要：目的探讨儿童急性鼻窦炎伴眶周严重并发症的影像学特征及护理。方法回顾性分析我科收治的25例患儿的临床资料和影像学表现,以制定相应的护理措施。结果 25例患儿均治愈出院。该病具有一定的影像学特征,护理干预是治疗此病的重要环节。结论儿童急性鼻窦炎伴眶周严重并发症是耳鼻喉科近年来越来越常见的儿童危急症之一,针对儿童发育时期的不同心理特点及本病的发病特点,做好护理,心理疏导,完善影像检查,对于疾病的治疗具有重要意义。Objective To explore the imaging characteristics and nursing care of children with acute sinusitis accompanied with severe periorbital complications. Methods The clinical data and imaging manifestations of 25 children with this disease were retrospectively analyzed so as to formulate corresponding nursing measures. Results All of those 25 patients were cured in this work. Children with acute sinusitis accompanied with severe periorbital complications had certain imaging features. Nursing intervention was an important part of therapy in children with this disorder. Conclusion Acute sinusitis in children with serious periorbital complications is one kind of more and more common critical diseases of the children in the department of otolaryngology in recent years. According to different psychological characteristics of children in the development period and clinical features of the disease characteristics of parents, doing a good job in nursing care, psychological counseling, and improvement of various imaging examination is of great significance for the treatment of this diseases.
