摘 要:目的探讨低剂量MSCT气管重建在小儿支气管阻塞性肺不张诊断的临床应用价值。方法回顾本院53例阻塞性肺不张患儿,应用MSCT进行检查,采用容积重建(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)等多种方法进行支气管树成像,通过测量观察各种重建方法对不同气道病变的显示能力,初步判定梗阻原因并与病理结果比较。结果 53例患儿中,支气管异物39例,MSCT诊断准确率达94.9%(37/39),炎症9例,MSCT诊断准确率达77.8%(7/9)。结核3例,MSCT诊断准确率达66.7%(2/3),先天性右中间段支气管发育不良伴上叶支气管狭窄1例,MSCT诊断准确率达100%(1/1)。结论 MSCT气管重建对小儿支气管阻塞性肺不张病因诊断具有重要临床应用价值。Objective To observe the correlation between Low dose MSCT airway reconstruction and pediatric atelectasis diagnosis. Methods Fifty-three patients with atelectasis diagnosis underwent Low dose MSCT airway reconstruction. A variety of methods such as Multi planar reconstruction and Volume reconstruction were drawn and made the bronchial tree imaging. Observation showed that the ability of different reconstruction methods in different airway disease by measuring. We determined the initial cause of obstruction and compared with pathological results. Results In 53 cases, bronchial foreign bodies were found in 39 cases, the accuracy rate of MSCT diagnosis was 94.9%(37/39). There were 9 cases of inflammation, the accuracy rate of MSCT diagnosis was 77.8% (7/9). There were 3 cases of tuberculosis, the accuracy rate of MSCT diagnosis was 66.7%(2/3). The congenital right middle bronchial dysplasia associated with upper lobe bronchialstenosis was found in i case, the accuracy rate of MSCT diagnosis was 100%(1/1). Conclusion Low dose MSCT reconstruction in diagnosis of pulmonary atelectasis has important clinical value in pediatric atelectasis diagnosis.
