摘　　要：针对塔机弓板力矩限制器放大率计算不准确导致其挠度达不到设计要求导致灵敏度不准问题,采用解析法对放大率进行改进计算.通过力学分析法计算放大率定义式各参数,推导放大率解析式,应用Matlab软件对解析式进行仿真.仿真结果表明,放大率解析式与实际相符.Cambered-plate moment limiter in tower crane exists the problem of low sensitivity;this problem due to deflection is not up to the design requirements;while it＇s caused by the inaccurate calculation of magnification.This paper uses analytic method to improve the magnification calculation.Firstly,every parameter in definition of magnification formula is calculated;then an analytical formula of magnification is derived;finally,using Matlab software the analytical formula is simulated.The simulation result shows that the magnification analytic formula confirms the actual situation.
