摘　　要：介绍了一种新型的模具内部切刀装置结构,并利用成型机预顶出功能实现了侧浇口在模具内部自动切断。分析了模具内部切刀的设计和选型以及相关成型工艺参数的设定。Introduce the structure of a new type mold cutter device, and using the pre eject function realize the automatic cutter of the side gate inside the mold. Introduce the design of the key component in the cutter device and the setting of molding process parameters.
