摘　　要：介绍了杯杆形件的形状特点及其冷挤压加工的常规工艺方案,提出了一种全新的冷挤压加工工艺方案,详细介绍了此种冷挤压工艺的模具设计和模具工作时的分解动作,比较了常规工艺与所介绍新工艺的各自特点,新工艺方案在生产效率、劳动强度、模具损耗和经济效益等方面明显优于常规工艺。This paper introduces the characteristics of the cup rod parts and its conventional process of cold extruding processing,proposed a new cold extruding processing technology, introduced the die design of this cold extruding process and the decomposition actions in detail when the die working, compare the characteristics of conventional process and the new process, the new technological scheme is superior to the conventional process in production efficiency, labor intensity, die loss and economic benefits and other aspects.
