摘 要:本试验以四子王旗短花针茅荒漠草原为研究对象,对放牧成年羯绵羊的对照(CK)、轻度放牧(LG)、中度放牧(MG)和重度放牧(HG)草地进行随机区控制性试验,调查野外植被种类、植被高度、盖度、密度和地上生物量,并利用方差分析方法,对短花针茅荒漠草原不同载畜率下植物群落特征进行比较研究。结果表明:短花针茅荒漠草原的植物群落主要植物种的高度、盖度及生物量均随着载畜率的增大而减小;植物群落主要植物种密度在轻度放牧区最大;植物群落高度、盖度、密度及生物量在重度放牧下均显著下降(P<0.01)。轻度放牧有利于多年生丛生禾草短花针茅(Stipa breviflora)和无芒隐子草(Cleistogenes songoria)的生长。The research was conducted in Stipa Breviflora desert steppe located in Siziwang banner of Inner Mongolia. The randomized complete region design was used with three replication under four stocking rate level, i.e. Control check(non-grazed exclosure; CK),light stocking rate(LG), moderate stocking rate(MG)and heavy stocking rate(HG). Vegetation samples were picked up from the grassland where grazing adult wether. Plant communities' characteristics under different stocking rates on Stipa Breviflora desert steppe were analyzed by ANOVA and GS+ software. The result shown as follows: the height, coverage and biomass of vegetation communities decreased as stocking rate increased, especially under HG(P〈0.01) ; plant community density had the highest numerical value in LG region; light grazing stimulated the growth of Stipa Breviflora and Cleistogenes songorica.
