摘　　要：目前,老年人的社会参与状况越来越受到政府和社会的关注与重视。以南通市易家桥社区60周岁以上城市老年妇女为调查对象的研究发现,易家桥社区老年妇女对各种活动的整体参与意愿不高,部分社会活动的参与率低下,角色定位限制了她们的社会参与,其社会参与的组织力度不强。促进城市老年妇女社会参与的对策包括:积极转变观念,增强社会接触;发挥家庭的支持作用;做好老年妇女社会参与的宣传工作,加强社区组织力度。In order to achieve active aging, social participation of the elderly is getting increasing attention from government and community. This study took the urban elderly women over 60 years old in Nantong Yi jiaqiao community as subjects, and found that their overall willingness of social participation was not so high, some even rarely participated, role definition affected their social participation, and that organization of social participation was not so effective. This article describes and analyzes the cause of the current situation. Then it proceeds to propose that measures should be taken from women, family and community, including changing their ideas, enhancing social contact, bringing the support role of family into play, and improving publicity and organization.
