产后精油穴位按摩对产褥期产妇心理状态的影响

摘　　要：【目的]探讨产后精油穴位按摩对产褥期产妇心理状态的影响。【方法】收集分娩的产妇180例，根据患者意愿机分为两纽：对照组90例，采取常规产后处理；观察组90例，在对照组基础上给予产后精油穴位按摩治疗，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）评估两组产妇产前2d及产后7d的心理状态，并把所得数据与全国常模比较。【结果】两组产前心理状况评分比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；但两组产妇产前、产后SCL-90评分中抑郁、焦虑等因子得分显著高于全国成人常模，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；然而观察组产后抑郁倾向比率较对照组明显减少，焦虑得分明显降低，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。【结论】分娩对产妇的心理状态会产生明显影响，产后精油穴位按摩能明显改善产妇的产褥期心理状态。[Objective] To explore the effects of aromatherapy plus postnatal massage on psychological states of women in puerperium. [Methods] A total of 180 primiparas from June 2011 to July 2013 were selected and randomly divided into treatment and control groups （n= 90 each）. The control group was treated conventionally while the treatment group received aromatherapy plus postnatal massage. And the symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90） was employed to evaluate the psychological states of two group at 2 days before delivery and 1 week after delivery. Then the results were compared with the normal Chinese adult scale. [Results] No statistically significant intergroup difference existed before interventions （ P 〉0.05）. Compared with normal Chinese adults, the factor scores in anxiety and depression were significantly higher in SCL-90 in two groups （ P 〈0.01）. The scores in self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and self-rating depression scale （SDS） of treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group （ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Psychological states of primiparas are affected significantly by delivery And aromatherapy plus postnatal massage may improve the psychological states of women in puerperium.
