摘 要:应用CFD动网格技术和VOF多相流模型,对活塞内冷油腔振荡冷却进行了数值模拟研究,揭示了发动机转速和冷却喷嘴的喷油量对振荡冷却流动与传热特性的影响规律,并根据计算结果为活塞的温度场计算提供了第三类边界条件,从而进一步研究了转速和喷油量对活塞温度场的直接影响规律。研究结果表明:相同喷油量下,机油填充率随着发动机转速的提高而下降,平均换热系数反而略有增大,活塞温度变化较小;相同转速下,机油填充率随着喷油量增加迅速增大,换热系数随之增大,活塞温度明显降低。A numerical simulation about oscillation cooling in piston was conducted by using CFD dynamic mesh method and volume of fluid (VOF) model. It revealed the flow and heat transfer characteristics of cooling change with engine speed and injection quantity. According to the calculated results, the third kind boundary condition was provided for the piston temperature field calculation, and the direct effects of piston on temperature field distribution was obtained. The results showed that the oil fill ratio decreased with the rise of speed, but the average heat transfer coefficient was increased slightly, the piston temperature had less change; the oil fill ratio rapidly increased with the rise of injection quantity, the average heat transfer coefficient was also increased, and the piston temperature was decreased obviously.
