血清超敏CRP及尿酸与Ⅱ型糖尿病合并脑梗塞的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探析血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和尿酸(UA)水平与Ⅱ型糖尿病合并脑梗塞的相关性,为有效防治Ⅱ型糖尿病合并脑梗塞提供重要的参考依据。方法随机选取神经内科收治的320例脑梗塞住院患者,依据是否合并Ⅱ型糖尿病将其分为两组,糖尿病(研究组)160例,非糖尿病(对照组)160例。对比分析两组患者hs-CRP和UA水平,同时分析Ⅱ型糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者颈动脉硬化、神经功能损伤、脑梗塞面积严重程度、hs-CRP和UA水平相关性。结果研究组患者hs-CRP和UA水平为(7.48±2.06)mg/L和(348.36±91.58)μmol/L明显高于对照组的(3.05±1.52)mg/L和(282.05±73.68)μmol/L(P=0.0000)。hs-CRP和UA水平随着动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定降低、神经功能损伤程度加重、脑梗塞面积变大逐渐升高,提示hs-CRP和UA水平与Ⅱ型糖尿病合并脑梗塞病情严重程度密切相关。结论 hs-CRP、UA均参与了糖尿病和粥样硬化及脑梗塞的发生发展过程,早期发现并控制hs-CRP、UA对于了解Ⅱ型糖尿病合并脑梗死者颈动脉粥样硬化程度、评估脑梗死面积、神经功能损伤程度和防治脑梗塞,具有极其重要的临床意义。Objective To explore the relationship of high sensitivity of serum C reactive protein（hs-CRP）and uric acid（UA）and typeⅡ diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction.Methods 320 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into research group（160cases）and control group（160cases）according to they were with or without typeⅡ diabetes mellitus.The hs-CRP and UA of the patients were detected.Carotid atherosclerosis,the damage of nerve function and the area and degree of brain infarction were observed.Results The level of hs-CRP and UA of research group were higher than that of the control group.CRP and UA were related to carotid atherosclerosis,the damage of nerve function and the area and degree of brain infarction.Conclusion hs-CRP and UA are involved in the occurrence and development process of diabetes and atherosclerosis and cerebral infarction.Early detection and control of hs-CRP and UA for the understanding of type 2diabetes mellitus combined with cerebral infarction are the degree of carotid artery atherosclerosis.It has important clinical significance to evaluate cerebral infarction infarction area,degree of neurological function injury and prevention of cerebral infarction.
