分时挂线在肛周脓肿手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的研究分时挂线与传统切开挂线方式在肛周脓肿手术中的应用效果。方法选取2009年1月~2014年10月行肛周脓肿手术治疗的患者140例,按照数字表法随机分为分时组70例和对照组70例,对照组为传统的切开挂线引流方式,分时组拔出引流管时间范围与对照组不同,拔出后再虚挂线,手术方式相同。患者手术完成后记录创面愈合时间、住院时间,对所有患者进行为期2个月的术后回访,收集两组患者临床治疗效果、术后并发症和复发率的数据,并进行统计学分析。结果分时组患者创面愈合时间、住院时间都短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗有效率分时组为85.7%,对照组为75.7%,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论肛周脓肿的治疗中分时挂线与传统切开挂线方式相比治疗效果无明显差异,但分时挂线并发症发生率和复发率较低,预后效果好,可在临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of imesharing thread-drawing on perianal abscess surgery.Methods140 patients with perianal abscess surgery were divided into timeshare group and the control group according to the treatment method.The control group was treated with the traditional incision line drainage way.The sharing the group pulled out a different time range drainage tube with the control group,and then pulled out the imaginary thread.After surgery,the healing time,hospital stay,complications and recurrence rates were observed.Results The healing time and hospital stay of timeshare group were shorter than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The efficiency of timeshare group and control group were 85.7% and 75.7%（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The effect of timesharing thread-drawing on perianal abscess surgery is not different from that of the traditional method.But the timesharing thread-drawing method had low incidence of complications and recurrence.
