健康人员血小板计数假性减少的原因及校正与复核

摘　　要：目的探讨健康体检人员血小板计数假性减少的原因及校正与复核。方法通过EDTA-K2抗凝血涂片来进行复查并通过血小板直方图进行分析。结果采用BC-3000检查正常结果为(312±147)×109/L,显微结果为(301±139)×109/L,两者无明显统计学意义(P>0.05);大血小板和血小板聚集采用仪器检测和显微镜计数两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。仪器检测结果较显微镜计数偏低。小红细胞采用仪器检测和显微镜检测差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。仪器检测结果相对偏高。红细胞碎片采用仪器组检测和显微镜计数差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。EDTA-K2涂片复查结果发现影响血小板计数的假性异常结果为52.9%,并且通过指导采取复核和校验的措施。结论涂片法复查配合血小板的直方图的分析结果,可以快速的发现影响血小板计数的原因,并且采取相应的复查和验证措施,同时强化质量分析方法与控制,可提高检验质量。Objective To investigate reason of false reducing in healthy and correction and review.Methods The EDTA-K2 anticoagulated blood smear were re-checked and analyzed with platelet histogram.Results The results of BC-3000（312±147）×10^9/L）and microscopic（301±139）×10^9/L were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.The results of big platelet,platelet aggregation,microerythrocyte and bib treated with BC-3000 and microscopic were significantly different（P〈0.01）.The incidence of false reducing of blood platelet count in healthy was 52.9% rechecked by EDTA-K2 smear examination.Conclusion Smear review with the analysis results of platelet histogram can quickly find reasons which affect the platelet count,take the review and verification measures,strengthen the analysis and quality control methods and improve the inspection quality.
