个性化康复护理对胸外科重症患者术后呼吸功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化康复护理对胸外科重症患者手术后呼吸功能恢复的影响。方法选择2011年4月~2013年4月在ICU接受治疗的胸外科重症患者124例作为研究对象,根据数字表法随机分成观察组与对照组各62例。对照组进行常规康复护理,观察组在常规康复护理基础上再予个性化康复护理。对比两组患者康复情况、呼吸功能相关指标的改善和患者对护理工作的满意度。结果观察组康复有效率为98.39%（61/62例）,显著高于对照组的85.48%（53/62例）,组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者的肺活量（VC）、潮气量（VT）、第一秒时间肺活量（FEF1.0）、最高呼气流速（PEF）及肺总量（TLC）水平均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;观察组患者对护理工作的满意率为98.39%（61/62例）,显著高于对照组的83.87%（52/62例）,组间差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论个性化康复护理可有效促进患者的呼吸功能恢复,使接受胸外科手术的重症患者获得更佳的康复效果,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To study impact of individualized rehabilitation nursing on respiratory function after operation of severe thoracic surgery patients.Methods 124 patients with severe thoracic surgery were selected and divided into observation group and control group.Each had 62 cases.Control group was given with routine rehabilitation nursing.The observation group was treated with another given with individualized rehabilitation nursing measures based on rehabilitation nursing.The recovery,the related parameters of respiratory function and the nursing satisfaction were observed.Results The observation group＇s resume effective rate of the observation group（98.39%）was significantly higher than that of the control group（85.48%）.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The nursing level of VC,VT,FEF1.0,PEF and TLC of the observation group were significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The nursing job＇s satisfaction rate of the observation group（98.39%）was significantly higher than that of control group（83.87%）.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Individualized rehabilitation nursing can effectively promote the patient＇s respiratory function recovery of severe patients undergoing thoracic surgery operation and get rehabilitation effect.
