摘　　要：急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是呼吸内科的危重症,目前以机械通气和支持治疗为主,但死亡率仍高。因此,创新的治疗方法显得十分必要。而干细胞(stem cells)是一类具有自我更新和分化潜能的细胞类群,是再生医学的研究热点。近年来,越来越多的研究证实干细胞尤其是间充质干细胞通过直接分化和旁分泌机制作用于ARDS,发挥免疫调节、促进肺组织再生修复、抑制肺纤维化等作用,可能成为ARDS一种新的治疗手段,本文就ARDS治疗新进展作一综述。ARDS is a critical case of respiratory medicine,and the therapy is mainly mechanical ventilation combine with support treatment at present.The mortality of ARDS still reminds high,so innovative treatment seems to be necessary.However,Stem cells are a class of cell groups with self-renewal and differentiation potential,is a hotspot research on regenerative medicine.In recent years,agrowing number of studies have confirmed that stem cells especially mesenchymal stem cells may be a new therapy of ARDS,giving the evidence that they can modulate the immune response,facilitate lung regeneration and repair,and inhibition pulmonary fibrosis via differentiation and paracrine action.
