摘　　要：目的研究老老年H型高血压患者乳酸脱氢酶水平及两者之间的相关性。方法选取老老年高血压患者160例,检测同型半胱氨酸及乳酸脱氢酶水平,根据血浆同型半胱氨酸测得的值,分成两组,其中高同型半胱氨酸组为1组,83例;非H型高血压组为2组,77例。比较两组临床资料及乳酸脱氢酶的差异。结果乳酸脱氢酶水平1组(190.66±55.11)mmol/L>2组(171.40±44.17)mmol/L,Spearman相关性分析显示:乳酸脱氢酶水平与老老年H型高血压之间存在显著相关性(r=0.173,P=0.032),且乳酸脱氢酶与同型半胱氨酸之间存在线性相关;二元Logistic回归分析显示,乳酸脱氢酶水平为老老年H型高血压的独立影响因子。结论老老年H型高血压与乳酸脱氢酶之间存在显著相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between lactate dehydrogenase levels and H-type hypertension in very elderly patients.Methods One hundred and sixty very elderly patients with H-type hypertension were selected and the levels of homocysteine,lactate dehydrogenase enzyme were detected.Depending on the value of plasma homocysteine measured,those patients were divided into high homocysteine group（n =83）and non-H-type hypertensive group（n =77）.Clinical data and lactate dehydrogenase levels were study.Results The lactate dehydrogenase level in high homocysteine group was（190.66±55.11）mmol/L,which was higher than that in nonH-type hypertensive group（171.40±44.17）mmol/L）.Spearman correlation analysis showed that the lactate dehydrogenase level was significantly correlated with H-type hypertension in very elderly patients（r=0.173,P =0.032）.There was a linear correlation between homocysteine and lactate dehydrogenase.Logistic regression analysis showed that the level of lactate dehydrogenase was an independent impact factor in very elderly patients with H-type hypertension.Conclusion H-type hypertension in very elderly patients was significantly correlated with the lactate dehydrogenase level.
