摘  要:为研究瓷双伞型绝缘子表面的积污特性,以瓷双伞XWP2-160型绝缘子为研究对象,利用Fluent软件中的欧拉模型,对该绝缘子的积污特性进行了数值模拟研究,并预设了6个观测点,对其进行了重点分析。研究表明:随风速、颗粒粒径及污秽浓度的增大,绝缘子表面积污量均有所增加且有一定的饱和性;迎风面观测点的积污量随粒径的增大而增大,但背风面,部分观测点的积污量随粒径的增大其增长速率减缓,甚至出现负增长;粒径较小时,积污量随风速的变化较大,而粒径较大时,则反之。For the research of the contamination characteristics of the porcelain double umbrella insulators, numerical simulation on the contamination characteristics of XWP2-160 is done where Euler model is used. The focus of the analysis is carried on six observation points which are preset. The results show that: with the increase of wind speed and particle size, the quantity of contamination increases, but there is saturation; with the increase of particle size, the quantity of contamination of the observation points which are facing the flow direction increases, the quantity of contamination of the observation points which are back to the flow direction increases at a low speed or even decreases; when the particle size is small, the quantity of contamination is great change in the amount with the change of wind speed, while the particle size is large, the quantity of contamination is lesser change in the amount with the change of wind speed.
