摘  要:从IEC61643-21对电信和信号网络的SPD冲击限制电压试验的要求出发,对测量仪器的带宽对冲击限制电压的测量的影响进行了深入的分析,并对不同的带宽下限制电压波形和峰值进行了对比。分析和试验结果均表明:IEC61643-21对电信和信号网络的SPD冲击限制电压测量仪器的带宽要求不够具体,当测量带宽很高时,会导致测量到的冲击限制电压含有大量的高频振荡波形并且峰值大大超过技术规范要求的保护电压Up,当测量限制带宽低时,能够在不改变任何技术参数的情况下使得测量到的冲击限制电压满足技术规范要求的保护电压Up。Based on the requirements of IEC61643-21 on impulse limiting voltage test of SPD in telecommunications and signaling networks. Analyzes the influence of the measurement instrument's bandwidth on impulse limiting voltage measurement is analyzed deeply, and the limiting peak voltage and waveform with different bandwidth are compared. Analysis and experiment results show that the requirements of IEC61643-21 on impulse limiting voltage test of SPD in telecommunications and signaling networks is not specific enough. The high measurement bandwidth will result in that the impulse limiting voltage measured contains a lot of high frequency oscillatory waveforms and the peak value exceeds protection voltage Up in technology specification requirements. When the measurement limited bandwidth is low, the impulse voltage measured can meet the required protection voltage Up of technology specification without changing any technical parameters.
