摘　　要：针对2005-2014年出台的79份有关太阳能光伏产业发展的国家层面政策,按照政策文本的形式、颁布时间、制定主体以及涉及领域4个维度进行量化分析。同时对我国东部、东北、西部、中部四大经济区域74份政策文本进行量化研究和评价,提出地方辅助配套、差异区域政策和强化区域互动的区域光伏产业政策建议。This paper refers to the 79 public policies which are about solar photovoltaic industry development published in 2005-2014,on the basis of policy text form,the promulgation of the time,making subject and 4dimension relate to the field to analyze.At the same time,does quantitative research and evaluate the 74 policy texts which are about China＇s eastern,northeast,central and western areas and four economic regions,proposes policies assist places,differences of regional policies and photovoltaic industry policies to strengthen regional interaction suggestions.
