摘  要:研究了35Cr Mo钢压制接头耳环替代盐浴局部淬火的穿透感应淬火工艺参数。结果表明,当该压制接头耳环,经过90 s感应预热,以5220 Hz频率、142 k W功率、54 A电流、318 V电压和100 s总加热时间进行感应加热、水淬后,接头耳环可以被淬透。穿透感应淬火并经530℃×6 h和570℃×7h后,该压制接头耳环的抗拉强度为1 079.60 N/mm2,屈服强度为944.62 N/mm2,冲击吸收能量为101.06 J,符合技术要求。Process parameters of through hardening by induction instead of selective salt bath furnace hardening for one type of pressed connector ear of 35CrMo steel were investigated . The results show that the pressed connector ear may be though hardened by induction preheating for 90 s, induction heating at frequency of 5220 Hz, power of 142 kW, current of 54 A, voltage of 318 V and a total length of heating time of 100 s, and then water-quenching. The connector ear subjected to through hardening by induction and then tempering at 530 ℃ for 6 h and at 570 ℃ for 7 h offers tensile strength of 1 079.60 N/mm^2, yield strength of 944.62 N/mm^2 and impact absorption energy of 101.06 J, conforming the requirements.
