电子档案的数字取证与基于电子档案凭证性保障技术的数字取证技术方案研究

摘　　要：本文明确了电子档案数字取证的重要性,在明晰电子档案证据地位实现条件的基础上,立足数字取证技术,深入剖析了电子档案数字取证和数字证据的内涵和特点,建立了电子档案数字取证过程模型,并基于电子档案凭证性保障技术,就电子档案的出证和受害等两种数字取证形式进行了技术方案设计。本文的研究结果对于电子档案的安全管理和数字取证在电子档案管理领域的应用具有一定的启示价值。The importance of electronic records digital forensics is defined in this paper. Based on the digi- tal forensics technology and the realization condition of electronic records＇ evidence status being made clear, the connotation and characteristics of electronic records digital forensics and digital evidence are deeply analyzed, the electronic records digital forensics process model is established, and two kinds of digi- tal forensics forms of the technical scheme （the certificate and the victim） are designed on the basis of the electronic records evidence protection technology. The results of this study have certain value for the secu- rity management of electronic records and the application of digital forensics in electronic records manage- ment.
