摘　　要：潞安集团OA系统目前已覆盖集团本部部室及各子分公司130多家,覆盖范围较广。为了保持OA系统的通畅使用,需要对用户电脑进行正确的软件环境配置,设置统一的hosts文件,浏览器设置及兼容性考虑,安装全面的办公软件等。本文结合潞安集团OA办公自动化实际情况,介绍了潞安集团OA系统的基本设置、内网登录、VPN登录以及日常使用可能会遇到的各种问题和解决方案,为用户日后使用和常见故障排查提供技术支持。Lu＇ an Group OA Systems covers a wide range of coverage, the departments and various sub-branches it includes are more than 130. In order to maintain the smooth using of OA system, it is necessary to configure correct software environment for user computer, set up unified hosts file, consider browser settings and compatibility, and install office software. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of Lu＇ an Group, it introduces a variety of problems and solutions, e.g. the basic settings of OA, network login, VPN login and daily application and can provide the theoretic basis and technical support.
