摘　　要：阐述了公共图书馆的发展历史,结合现代图书馆的设计要求和特点,从功能、布局、管理、色彩等方面对图书馆的设计要点进行了分析,以发挥出公共图书馆提升城市文化及地域文化的作用。The paper describes the development history of public library,combines with modern library design demands and properties,analyzes library design from aspects of functions,layout,management and color,with a view to play the role of public library in improving city culture and regional culture.
