摘　　要：从工程管理、风险控制、经济效益和社会效益的角度建立评价指标体系,采用基于层次分析法的模糊综合评价方法对空铁联运发展模式进行评价,指出城市轨道系统独立接入方案优于城际铁路独立接入方案。The evaluation index system is built up from the aspects of engineering management,risk control,economic benefit and social benefit,then the the air-rail integration development model is evaluated by the the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on analytic hierarchy process. The result showed,urban rail system independent access scheme is better than that of the inter-city railway access scheme.
