摘　　要：分析了大型施工企业对大型项目组织和管理中的不足,提出组建大项目事业部的思路,重点从管理标准和考核体系阐述了大项目事业部的主要职责,并解释了大项目事业部和其他组织的关系,以期增强对大型项目的管控能力。By the analysis of shortcomings for the large construction enterprise＇s organization and management,put forward the idea to form a large project department. Then mainly explains the duties and responsibilities of the large project department on the management standards and assessment system,and explains the relationship between large project department and other departments,in order to enhance the management ability of large project.
