摘　　要：目的研究中国汉族人群中Caspase-7 rs7907519 C/A,rs3127075 G/C以及IL1A rs1800587 G/A 3个基因位点多态性与类风湿关节炎(RA)发病危险因素的关系。方法采用以医院为基础的病例-对照研究,自定义48-SNP体系,SNPscanTM高通量SNP分型技术,分析615例RA患者与839例对照组Caspase-7 rs7907519 C/A,rs3127075 G/C以及IL1A rs1800587 G/A基因多态性,计算各基因型RA的发生风险及其95%可信区间。结果依据Logistic回归分析以及亚组分析的结果,发现RA患者和对照组中Caspase-7 rs7907519,rs312707和IL1A rs1800587 3个基因多态性位点频率间均无显著性差异。结论 Caspase-7 rs7907519 C/A,rs3127075 G/C和IL1A rs1800587 G/A基因多态性可能不是RA发病的危险因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between Caspase-7 rs7907519 C / A,rs3127075 G / C and IL1 A rs1800587 G / A polymorphisms and the susceptibility to rheumatoid arthritis（ RA） in the Chinese Han population. Methods Genotypes were determined by a custom-by-design48-Plex SNPscanTMKit in 615 RA cases and 839 controls. Results According to logistic regression analysis,there was no significant correlation between Caspase-7 rs7907519 C / A,rs3127075 G / C and IL1 A rs1800587 G / A polymorphisms and RA risks in RA patients and controls. Conclusion Caspase-7 rs7907519 C / A,rs3127075 G / C and IL1 A rs1800587 G / A polymorphisms may not serve as risk factors for RA susceptibility.
