摘  要:系统研究了水泥窑焚烧干化污泥工艺中烟气随不同污泥添加比例的污染物排放特性,结果表明:添加污泥后,烟气中SO2、NOx、HCl、HF、重金属、颗粒物都有一定程度的增加。当污泥掺烧比低于10%时,烟气基本满足GB 4915—2013水泥工业大气污染物排放标准规定的限值;当污泥掺烧比达到30%时,Pb、Cd、Hg以及烟尘最高排放浓度均未超出GB 30485—2013水泥窑协同处置固体废物污染控制标准规定的国家烟气污染物排放标准,但SO2需要进一步净化处理才能达标排放。The emission characteristics of flue gas with different adding proportion of drying sludge in the cement kiln incineration process were studied. The results have shown that SO2, NOx, HCl, HF, heavy metals and particulate matters had a rising certain degree with adding proportion of drying sludge increasing. The flue gas was satisfied the prescribed limit of Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry (GB 4915--2013) with the sludge adding ratio less than 10%. When the sludge adding ratio reached 30%, the highest emission concentrations of Pb, Cd, Hg and particulate matters have not been beyond the limit in Standard for Pollution Control on Co-processing of Solid Wastes in Cement Kiln(GB 30485--2013), while SO2 needs further purification treatment to emission standards.
