摘 要:在管道全景图像的柱面展开研究中,针对摄像机光轴与管道中心轴存在偏移的问题进行理论研究。通过建立存在偏移情况下摄像机成像的数学模型,引入中心偏移矢量参数,提出中心偏移矫正算法。该算法是下一步进行柱面展开的重要前提。分析摄像机成像在管道中的轴对称特点,提出基于摄像机成像原理的柱面展开算法。上述算法已在visual studio 2010编程环境下实现,采集图像分辨率为1280×960。实验结果表明:在摄像机光轴偏离管道半径60%的情况下,经过偏移算法的矫正后,能够较好地实现管道柱面图像展开,满足工程应用中实时图像处理的要求。In the study on cylinder unwrapping of pipeline panoramic image, we carried out theoretical research aiming at the problem of offset existed between camera optical axis and pipeline centre axis. By building the mathematical model of camera imaging in the circumstance of offset, we introduced centre offset vector parameter, and put forward centre offset correction algorithm. This algorithm is an important pre- requisite for cylinder unwrapping done in the next step. We analysed the axial symmetry characteristic of camera imaging in pipes, and pro- posed the camera imaging principle-based cylindrical unwrapping algorithm. The above algorithm has been implement in visual studio 2010 programming environment, the resolution of the image collected was 1280 × 960. Experimental results showed that under the condition of the optical axis of camera deviating the pipe radius to 60% , after the correction with offset algorithm, it could well realise the pipeline image cy- lindrical unwrapping, and could meet the requirements of real-time image processing in engineering applications.
