64层螺旋CT在原发性肝癌诊断中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨64层螺旋CT对!原发性性肝癌的诊断价值。方法本院诊治的原发性肝癌患者52例,采用64层螺旋CT检查,为研究组;另52例,采用双层螺旋CT检查,为对照组,分析64层螺旋CT检查病灶特征,比较两组不同肝癌类型诊断正确率及病灶显示率。结果研究组阳性诊断率96.15%,结节型、巨块结节型、弥漫型诊断准确率研究组均显著高于对照组;动脉期、静脉期病灶显示率研究组均显著高于对照组,两者差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论64层螺旋CT对原发性肝癌的临床诊断价值具有较高的价值。Objective To explore the value of 64 - slice spiral CT for diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma. Methods 52 ca- ses of primary hepatic carcinoma in our hospital were chosen as the study group and given 64 - slice spiral CT scanning, while another 52 cases were chosen as the control group and given 2 - slice spiral CT scanning. Diagnostic accuracy for different forms of hepatic car- cinoma and the detection rate of lesion were compared. Results The positive diagnosis rate of the study group was 96. 15%. Diagnos- tic accuracy of the study group for nodules, huge piece of nodules and diffuse were obviously higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Detection rate of lesion arterial, venous phase and substantial period in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion 64 - slice spiral CT has a high clinical diagnostic value in diagnosis of primary hepatic carcinoma.
