烧伤皮肤再生医疗技术治疗小儿烧伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨烧伤皮肤再生医疗(MEBT/MEBO)技术对小儿烧伤的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012年4月至2015年4月收治住院治疗的烧伤患儿98例的临床资料。按照随机数字表的分组方法将98例患儿分为观察组和对照组,各49例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予MEBT/MEBO技术治疗。结果观察组患儿创面面积、愈合时间、植皮数及瘢痕愈合例数均低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组创面感染5例(10.2%),对照组创面感染13例(26.5%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.356,P=0.037<0.05)。结论 MEBT/MEBO技术能够缩小创面面积、加快创面愈合时间、减少植皮数及瘢痕增生,可有效预防局部感染的发生,是小儿烧伤的理想治疗方案。Objective To investigate the effects of moist exposed burn treatment/moist exposed burn ointment （MEBT/MEBO） in treating pediatric burn. Methods 98 cases of burn patients treated in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2012 were selected. According to simple randomization method, they were divided into the observation group and the control group, each with 49 cases. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group was given MEBT/MEBO treatment. Results The observa- tion group was less or fewer than the control group in terms of the wound area, wound healing time, graft number and sear healing ca- ses, with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ） . There were 5 cases in the observation group with wound infection （ 10. 2% ）, compared with 13 cases in the control group （26. 5% ） and the difference was statistically significant （x2 = 4. 356, P = 0. 037, 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion MEBT/MEBO can narrow the wound area, promote wound healing, reduce skin graft and scar hyperplasia and effectively decrease the rate of wound infection. It is an ideal treatment for children with burns.
