摘　　要：冠状动脉走行心肌中被心肌纤维包绕,这段心肌纤维称为冠状动脉心肌桥;以往认为心肌桥是一种先天性的良性解剖变异,近年研究发现,心肌桥可导致急性心肌缺血,进而引起心绞痛、心肌梗死、心律失常甚至心源性猝死,本文就心肌桥与心肌缺血的有关问题予以概述。The coronary myocardial bridge refers to the cardiac muscle fibers that surround the coronary artery when going through the cardiac muscle. The myocardial bridge used to be known as a result of a congenital benign anatomic variation. However, recent re- searches show that it can lead to acute ischemia myocardial which causes angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, and even sudden cardiac death. This paper offers an overview on the myocardial bridge and myocardial ischemia.
