摘 要:目的探讨优质护理服务对门急诊输液患者满意度的影响。方法随机选取本院收治的252例门急诊输液患者为研究对象,全部进行优质护理服务,对比实施优质护理前后的满意度。结果在护理服务态度、护理技术操作、加强巡视检查输液、耐心解答、健康教育、等候输液时间和输液室卫生环境等方面,优质护理后患者的满意度评分均明显高于实施护理干预前(P<0.05)。结论在门急诊输液室中实施优质护理服务,有利于构建和谐的护患关系,提高了患者的满意度,持续改进了护理服务质量。Objective To study the Effect of high quality nursing service on satisfaction of outpatient and emergency infusion pa- tients. Methods 252 cases of patients with emergency transfusion in our hospital were randomly selected as the research object. They were given high quality nursing service, and patient satisfaction before and after service was compared. Results In terms of nursing attitude, nursing technical operation, infusion supervision, patient answer, health education, waiting time for transfusion and transfu- sion environment, etc, the patient satisfaction degree after the quality nursing service were significantly higher than that before the nursing intervention ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The implementation of high quality nursing service in the transfusion room can help to build up harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, to enhance patient satisfaction, and to motivate the improvement of the quality of nursing service.
