摘  要:为了解决木质生物质加工厂合理选址问题,基于生物质时空分布特性、生物质产量、生物质运输价格等不确定性因素,提出一种混合非线性规划模型。以生物质加工厂的建设运行成本最低以及运输过程中碳排放最小为目标,确定加工厂厂址优化方案。以福建省将乐县为例进行实例验证,该模型满足预期,决策结果可在古镛、南口两地进行建址,总成本分别达到217785777.4元、217467437.1元,碳排放量分别达到224682.5 t、239162.5 t,碳增幅分别达到19.8%、27.6%。该模型可以实现经济与环境的和谐发展,同时为相关企业的决策者提供科学合理的依据。In order to solve the reasonable location problems of the woody biomass plants, the temporal and spa- tial distribution characteristics of biomass, biomass production, biomass transport prices and other uncertain fac- tors were fully considered,and a hybrid nonlinear programming model was proposed. It is based on the objectives that the construction and operation costs of biomass plants and carbon emissions during transports are to be mini- mized to determine the plant location optimization. Jiangle County of Fujian Province would be an example to veri- fy the instance. This model met the expectations, and the decision results could be built in Guyong and Nankou. The total cost was 217785777.4 yuan,217467437.1 yuan respectively ,and carbon emissions reached 224682.5 t, 239162.5 t,respectively,and an increase of carbon emission was 19.8% ,27.6% respectively. It achieves the harmonious development of economy and environment, while providing scientific and rational basis for the relevant decision makers.
