摘　　要：目的了解四川省14家二级及以上公立医院公共卫生服务提供与补偿现状,为完善补偿机制提供依据。方法采用文献研究、专家咨询和问卷调查等方法进行信息收集,使用SPSS统计软件对数据进行分析。结果四川省14家医院提供公共卫生服务过程中存在公共卫生服务界定模糊,缺少统一的收支核算体系、多头管理和财政补偿不能及时足额到位等情况。结论卫生管理部门应进一步细化各级公立医院提供公共卫生服务的范围、实施标准;建立统一信息管理,对不同来源的公共卫生服务任务进行统筹管理;同时,建立健全补偿机制,提高公立医院提供公共卫生服务的积极性。OBJECTIVE To recognize the expenditure on public health services and compensation of 14 secondary public hospitals in Sichuan province, provide the basis for perfecting the compensation mechanism. METHODS Using literature research, expert consulta- tion, questionnaire survey method to collect information. The statistical software was wsed to analyze data. RESULTS In the process of providing public health services by sample hospitals in Sichuan province have some problem. For example, public health services have not be clear defined, lack of uniform accounting system of payments, financial compensation was not fully in place in time and so on. CONCLUSION Health administrative departments should further refine public hospital providing the scope of public health, the implementation of standard and establish a unified information management, the task of different sources of public health service management as a whole; meanwhile, it should establish and improve the compensation mechanism, boost the enthusiasm of the pub- lic hospitals provide public health services.
