摘　　要：目的探讨上海市某区公共卫生人才队伍的发展对策。方法对该区16家公共卫生机构(专业机构、综合性医院和社区卫生服务中心)截至2014年年末从事公共卫生服务的专业技术人员配置现状进行调查分析。结果该区公共卫生人员总量不足,专业技术人员结构总体不均衡,人才整体水平与满足群众日益增长的公共卫生服务需求仍有差距。结论建议进一步强化政府对公共卫生队伍建设的主导责任,完善公共卫生人才队伍的绩效政策和评估机制,营造良好的社会支持环境。OBJECTIVE To explore the development countermeasures of public health professional specialists team in one district of Shanghai. METHODS Investigation and analysis on the human resource status of public health professional specialists in 16 public health institutions（PHI） including professional center, general hospital and community health center in this district by the end of 2014. RESULTS The total number of public health professional specialists was insufficient, the structure of professional and technical personnel was unevenly distributed., there was a gap between the overall professional level of the team in PHI and meeting the grow- ing public health service denand. CONCLUSION Some effective measures should be carried out for the public health professional team in PHI, such as strengthen the government＇ s leading responsibility for the construction of team, optimizing performance policy and assessment mechanism and creating social support environment.
