食品防腐剂检测用甲醇中对羟基苯甲酸甲酯标准物质的研制

摘　　要：用重量-容量法制备了甲醇中对羟基苯甲酸甲酯溶液标准物质,并进行了均匀性和稳定性检验,对最后的定制结果进行了评定。结果表明,研制的甲醇中对羟基苯甲酸甲酯标准物质均匀性和稳定性良好,定值结果的相对扩展不确定度为2%(k=2)。该标准物质可用于对羟基苯甲酸甲酯防腐剂日常分析检测中的方法评价和仪器校准。Methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate in methanol reference material was prepared by weight-capacity method. Uniformity and stability test was carried out. The final results were evaluated. The results show that the uniformity and stability of methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate reference material were good. The relative expanded uncertainty of the results was 2%（ k = 2）.The reference material can be used for mrthod evaluation and instrument calibration in the daily analysis of methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate.
