摘　　要：立足于公立医院综合绩效评价指标体系,首先着手于构建方法,从备选指标初选、指标筛选、指标定权、综合评价4个环节,归纳总结构建公立医院综合绩效评价指标体系的常用方法。目前公立医院综合绩效评价指标体系存在的问题是经济性指标过多、忽视效率类指标、服务质量类指标不足,分别给出了解决问题的对策建议,以期为公立医院绩效改革提供参考借鉴。Based on the comprehensive performance evaluation index system ofpublichospitals and from four steps of alternative indexprimary selection, index selection, index weight fixed, and comprehensive evaluation, this paper summarizes the common methods on the construction of the comprehensive performance evaluation index system of public hospitals. Secondly, we discuss the problems of the existing comprehensive per- formance evaluation in dex system of public hospitals, such as too many economic indexes, ignoring the efficiency indexes, and quality of service indexes insufficient, and give the countermeasures to solve the problems, so as to provide a reference for the public hospital performance reform.
