摘　　要：目的:探讨基本药物制度的实施对广州市基层医疗机构运行状况的影响。方法:采用典型抽样方法,于2012年11-12月选取广州市各区共30家基层医疗机构,选择8项指标组成运行情况评价指标体系。结果:2010-2012年基层医疗机构运行情况的综合因子得分分别为-0.002、0.021和-0.019,2011年基层医疗机构运行情况得分最高,运行效果最好。多元线性回归分析结果与因子分析结果一致。结论:国家基本药物制度在广州市基层医疗机构运行情况较好,减轻了居民的疾病经济负担。Objective： To study the influence of National Essential Drug Systemin community health service institutions. Methods ：30 com- munity health service institutions were surveyed with multi - stage stratified random cluster sampling method in Guangzhou and the survey was con- ducted by a self - designed questionnaire. The questionnaire selected eightindicators to reflect the effect of NEMS evaluation. Results： Compre- hensive factor scores of the operation in community health service institutions is - 0. 002 , 0. 021 and - 0.019 from 2010 to 2012 respectively. The operation in community health service institutions achieves the best implementation effect of NEMS in 2011. The result of multiple linear regression analysis are in agreement with factor analysis. Conclusion： National Essential Drug System run well in community health service institution in Guangzhou, and it reduced the economic burden of the residents.
