摘　　要：目的:全面评估湖北省各县(市、区)完成实现持续消除碘缺乏病目标的工作进展,考核各级政府和相关部门对建立健全可持续发展消除碘缺乏病工作机制的状况。方法:根据湖北省卫生厅、省发改委和省经信委制定的《湖北省实现持续消除碘缺乏病目标县级抽查考核评估方案》的要求,在2012-2014年随机抽查省内17个市(州)的总计100个地级市或县(市、区),对碘缺乏病防治工作进行考核评估。结果:组织领导、碘盐管理、监测与防治、健康教育4项综合指标评分(95.04±3.20)分,居民合格碘盐食用率(97.16±3.04)%,8-10岁儿童尿碘含量平均(287.29±72.02)μg/L,8-10岁儿童尿碘含量低于50μg/L的比例均低于20%,抽查考评县达标率100%。结论:湖北省实现持续消除碘缺乏病目标工作完成情况良好。Objective：To evaluate comprehensively the achievements and progress on sustained elimination of iodine deficiency disorders （IDD） in the counties （ cities, districts） of our province, and to assess the work of related governments and departments on establishing the strat- egies for sustainable elimination of IDD. Methods： According to the desires of the evaluation program of sustained elimination of IDD in target counties, Hubei Province＇ （ the Evaluation Program） which was drafted by the Provincial Health Office, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission and the Provincial Commission, total 100 prefecture -level cities or counties （cities, districts） were selected randomly from 17 cities （states） in Hubei province, 2012 -2014, achievements and progress on the prevention and control of IDD were evaluation. Results：The compre- hensive score of organizational leadership, salt management, monitoring and control, health education was 95.04 ± 3.20 points, the rate of qual- ified iodized salt coverage was 97.16±3.04%, the average iodine content in the urine of children aged from 8 to 10 years old was 287.29±72.021μg./L, the ratio of children aged from 8 to 10 years old whose urinary iodine content was less than 50μg/L were all lower than 20%, and the compliance rate of these counties was 100%. Conclusion ：The target work on sustained elimination of IDD in Hubei province completed well.
