摘　　要：通过总结欧美部分国家在医疗资源整合方面的经验,如实行全科医师首诊制、组建区域医疗集团、建立国家级医疗信息平台等,结合我国双向转诊制度落实困难、区域优质资源分布不均、医疗信息化平台建设滞后等问题,提出完善全科医师培养和转诊制度、完善区域医疗规划设置、加大对信息化建设的扶持力度等对策。Through summarizing the sharing experience of medical resource in some overseas countries, such as implementing the first diag- nosis sysbem of the whote family, establishing the regional medical group and nottional information system this article tries to promote references for establishing general practitioner education system and regional medical group, structuring nationwide hospital information platform combining the problems of not implementing the two way referral, uneven regional resource allocation and back ward medicoal information plation in China.
